Overview

This GALDI RG270-SDUC filling machine, manufactured in 2021, is designed for the forming, filling, and sealing of gable top cartons, suitable for ESL milk, fresh milk, cream, drinking yoghurt, fruit juice, and other liquid food products.

The machine operates with a servo-driven volumetric double diaphragm filling system and a bottom-up filling process, ensuring high filling accuracy and product integrity. With a capacity of up to 6,500 cartons per hour, the system is suitable for medium-capacity dairy and beverage production lines.

The unit is equipped with advanced hygienic features, including H₂O₂-based package sterilization, HEPA-filtered laminar airflow, and CIP capability, enabling extended shelf-life production conditions.
