Overview 

This blower–filler–capper synchroblock was manufactured in 2011 by the Italian company Kosme S.r.l.. The model KSB 4R-40-10 IsoBlock combines stretch-blow moulding, isobaric filling, and capping in a single compact system.

Currently used for cider filling in 1.5 L PET bottles at 7,200 bph (8 g/L CO₂), the machine remains in production until December 2025 and can be visited on-site by appointment.

The system includes preform and cap feeding units, and the sale price includes dismantling, handling, packing, and truck loading.

Note: CIP and mixer are not included in this offer.
