What your role will involve

  • develop BEVMAQ's network in the Czech Republic
  • identify buyers and sellers of used beverage machinery
  • build relationships with manufacturers, bottlers, breweries, dealers, and other industry partners
  • identify relevant machines and commercial opportunities
  • help move opportunities from first contact to qualified handover
  • represent BEVMAQ as the local commercial partner for the Czech market
  • share market feedback and new opportunities with the wider team

How you will know the role is working

In your first months, you should be able to see that:

  • you are opening relevant market contacts
  • a pipeline of real opportunities is taking shape
  • concrete commercial cases are moving forward
  • you are becoming a trusted contact for the Czech market

Who we are looking for

We care more about commercial instinct, credibility, independence, and follow-through than about a cosmetically perfect CV.

  • strong knowledge of the Czech market
  • native-level Czech
  • confidence in business communication and relationship building
  • experience in sales, brokerage, sourcing, trading, industrial B2B, or an adjacent field
  • good English for communication with the international team
  • the motivation to take ownership and actively develop a market
