Overview

This rotary bottle unscrambler positions plastic containers (PET, PVC, polypropylene) and then places them on a conveyor that takes them to the rinsing machine. The machine has a soundproofed container collecting tank. The container selection disc ejects containers with any deformation in diameter or height. The bottles are transferred to the conveyor belt to the filler via a star wheel. The conveyor is equipped with an automatic anti-jam device. All parts in contact with the containers are made of stainless steel.
