Krones Ergomodul Cold Glue Labeler (2020)

Overview

Krones Ergomodul modular container labeller, built in 2020. The carrousel table carries 30 rotary plates on a 1,200 mm pitch diameter at a machine pitch of 125.6 mm; containers run anticlockwise after the infeed, in a frontal arrangement with two discharge starwheels. Finish RAL 9018 papyrus white in the wet-line section.

Two docking positions at the carrousel, both in operation, take any of the four interchangeable labelling stations that belong to the machine: two ERGOMATIC-CL cold-glue stations and two AUTOCOL-TS self-adhesive stations. Stations are exchanged without tools, so cold-glue and self-adhesive labelling run on the same carrousel; height adjustment of the top part and of every station is motorised with container type preselection.

Available now. The machine stands in Belgium and will be dismantled and moved to our location in Germany; dismantling, loading and transport can be quoted on request.
