• Maximum quantity of malt 350 k g / 1 brewing run of 10 hl
• Original gravity up to 22 °
• Heating system with steam multipliers
• Steam requirement: 150 kg / h
• Heating capacity in the mash tun / wort kettle: 1°C / min and faster
• Temperature of cold wort 6 ° C (adjusted according to customer requirements)
• Wort cooling within 50 min.
• Number of brewing passes during infusion mashing: 3-4
