SMI LSK 30T Shrink Packer (2001)

Overview

This SMI LSK 30T is a shrink wrapping machine for PET bottle packs, built in 2001 by SMI (Italy) and fully overhauled in 2023. It groups two packs into one bundle, wraps the bundle in shrink film and shrinks the film in the integrated heating tunnel, at an output of up to 30 packs per minute. It currently bundles 0.33 l and 0.50 l PET multipacks into 6 x 4 bundles.

The machine runs film only (printed and oriented film); it is also equipped for trays, a mode that has never been used. It is in production only 3 to 4 days per month, so its working hours are low.

Equipment

• Format parts and spare parts, including a new original SMI POSYC 3000 HMI (2026, not yet installed) and further new original SMI parts

Condition

The machine is in good condition. It was fully overhauled in 2023 with original SMI replacement parts and is still installed and in production. It can be inspected in operation by appointment. Professional dismantling is included.

Availability

The machine stays in production until December 2026 and is available for loading from the end of December 2026. It is located in France.
