OVERVIEW

his TecnoBodega Ingeniería / TB Ingeniería C1EL self-adhesive labelling and capsule machine, manufactured in 2022, is designed for the application of front labels, back labels, tax stamps and capsules on bottles. The machine is suitable for compact bottling lines in wine, spirits, liqueur and beverage production.

The machine is equipped with 3 labelling heads and can process bottle formats with a height range from 140 to 370 mm and a diameter range from 50 to 100 mm. It works with paper self-adhesive labels and supports label sizes from 40 to 105 mm in length and 18 to 150 mm in height.

The system includes a bottle transport conveyor, infeed timing screw, independent self-adhesive labelling heads, capsule distributor and capsule application unit. It also features automatic speed regulation according to bottle flow and integrated machine safety systems.

The machine is built in stainless steel with transparent safety guarding and is operated via a Weintek HMI terminal. The observed configuration includes label reel support discs, internal label dispensing heads, bottle guiding elements, timing screw and conveyor system.
