Overview 

The in-line palletizer was built in 2006 by the German company Beyer and can be converted to any customer-specific crate format.

Technical details 

• Output: max. 200 cycles/h
  • Set up for VdF crates, the machine produces 32 bottles per cycle,
    i.e. 32 x 200 = 6,400 bottles per hour
  • With a beer crate, it would be four crates of 20 or 24 bottles/crate per cycle,
    i.e. 80 - 96 x 200 = 16,000 - 19,200 bottles/h
