CERMEX PAL-VITE 410, TOSA 215 Palletizer & Winder (2016)

Overview

Complete robotic end-of-line system from a wine bottling plant, built in 2016. It currently runs at 16,000 bottles per hour and is capable of up to 24,000 bottles per hour. Packed cases arrive on the infeed conveyors, are prepared into layers and stacked onto pallets by a CERMEX PAL-VITE 410 robot palletizer with a FANUC M-410iB robot. The full pallets run on the CERMEX pallet conveyors and transfer shuttle through a TOSA 215 rotating-arm stretch wrapper and a SEGEPAR print-and-apply pallet labeller to the accumulation conveyors. The system is still installed and under power and can be inspected.
