Overview

This 250 L brewhouse was manufactured in 2016 by Cespedes (Spain). The compact system is built in AISI 304/316 stainless steel and is designed for small-scale craft beer production. It includes all main components from mashing to boiling and wort cooling. The system is in very good condition and available immediately.

• Capacity: 250 L per batch (brewhouse); fermentation tanks 500 L each
• Brewhouse type: 2-vessel system (boil kettle/whirlpool + lauter tun/mash filter)
• Heating: Electric resistances with oil-based thermal transfer (2×18 kW)
• Plate heat exchanger capacity: 40 kW, AISI 316 plates
• Fermentation:
  • 1 × 500 L isobaric fermentation tank (4.5 bar)
  • 2 × 500 L atmospheric fermentation tanks
• Control: Touchscreen panel with recipe management, temperature control for two tanks, emergency stop
