Overview

This GERNEP Soluta 6-480/2 1SK TaxU labelling machine was manufactured in 2017 and is designed for the application of self-adhesive labels in beverage bottling lines. The machine is configured with one self-adhesive labelling station and is specifically adapted for swing-top (bail closure) bottles.The system is equipped with a HERMA labelling unit and supports a capacity of up to 2,500 bottles per hour, with a variable speed range from 800 to 3,000 bottles per hour. The machine is designed for U-seal label application and includes alignment systems for proper positioning of swing-top closures.

With modern control technology based on Siemens S7-1200 and a Sütron touch panel, the machine offers reliable operation and easy integration into existing production lines.
