Heuft SPECTRUM DELTA-K Line Divider (2005)

Overview

This HEUFT SPECTRUM DELTA-K is a 3-lane bottle distributor (repartitor) from a winery. The bottles pass the HEUFT SPECTRUM control head with signal tower, and three HEUFT DELTA-K rejectors divide the flow onto three lanes. In its last line it handled glass bottles of 375 ml, 750 ml and 1,000 ml at 6,000 bph, feeding a vertical case packer.

The bottle conveyors, approx. 10 m, were built by ATECMI (France). The lane guides are adjustable with handwheels and clamping levers. The machine is still installed and can be visited on request.
