Zambelli LFT 50 Combined (Tray & Shrink Packer) (2000)

Overview

This Zambelli LFT 50 is an automatic shrink wrapper built in 2000, with a shrink tunnel and a Nordson hot-melt unit. It packs in film only, pad + film or tray + film at up to 50 packs per minute, for plastic and glass bottles, cans and jars. The machine last ran 4x3 and 6x4 packs.

Motors and transmissions sit at the back of the machine, separated from the wrapping zone at the front, for easy maintenance and a clean working area. Product separation runs on chain-driven bars with a servo motor, and the film is cut by a single servo-driven rotary blade, which allows very thin films. The shrink tunnel works with differentiated air flows for even shrinking, also on printed film.
