The Millichilling ST-12, manufactured in 2014 by Millipore Ibérica S.A.U., is a stainless-steel normal flow filtration (NFF) unit designed for wine clarification prior to microbiological stabilization. It offers a cost-effective, environmentally friendly alternative to diatomaceous earth filters, preserving the wine’s sensory characteristics while supporting continuous operation. This unit is suitable for medium to large-scale wineries and is immediately available.
