Shandong Tiantai 2x 1000 L, 1x 7 BBL (820 L) Fermentation and storage cellar (2019)

Overview

Set of three cylindro-conical fermentation tanks built by Shandong Tiantai in 2019 - two of 1,000 litres and one of 7 BBL (approx. 820 litres). All three vessels are built in stainless steel SS304, rated for 4-5 bar working pressure and fitted with a cooling jacket with glycol inlet and outlet, a level gauge, an inward-opening side manway and a bottom outlet valve. The tanks stand on welded legs and are still installed at the site in Spain, where they can be viewed by appointment. A compact fermentation block for a craft brewery adding or replacing tank capacity.
