Overview 

This brewhouse was built in 2013 by Spanish manufacturer Slowbeer. It was recently operating and producing in a brewpub and is now professionally stored due to the pub’s closure.

It is a 250-liter electric system with the ability to double production to 500 liters in 10.5 hours.

• Functionality: Under the left kettle, which has the agitator, there is a false bottom with six 3000W resistances. These resistances heat the base of the kettle for boiling and also the kettle walls, which contain diathermic oil to maintain the temperature.
• There is no direct contact between the wort and the resistances
• Homogeneous temperature in the boiling tank due to heat distribution and insulation
• Temperature increases by 1.5°C per minute during mashing
