Speidel Braumeister 500L Brewhouse (2021)

Overview

This SPEIDEL Braumeister 500 is a compact single-vessel electric brewhouse with 500 L (5 hL) batch volume, built in 2021 by Speidel Tank- und Behälterbau GmbH (Ofterdingen, Germany). Mashing, lautering and wort boiling take place in one stainless-steel kettle: the removable malt pipe with perforated base screens and filter cloth holds the grain bed, while the integrated 18.4 kW electric heating elements and wort circulation manage the temperature steps.

The brewhouse produced beer at a craft brewery in France until November 2025. It is dismantled, stored and immediately available.
