ABE LINCAN 35 Line for Cans (2017)

Overview

Complete automatic canning line for beer by American Beer Equipment (ABE), built around the LINCAN 35 inline can filler and seamer. The line runs from the can depalletizer through the twister rinser, atmospheric filling and lid seaming to the air knife dryer. It is fully operational, with maintenance up to date and the latest software installed.

• Capacity: rated 35 cans/min on 0.33 L cans; about 1,500 cans/h in production
• Can formats: 0.33 L and 0.44 L in use; compatible with 0.355, 0.375, 0.5 and 0.568 L cans
• Filling: atmospheric, for beer at about 3 °C, CO2 purge of each can before filling
• Utilities: compressed air at 100 psi (approx. 7 bar), CO2 at 60 psi (approx. 4 bar)
• Cleaning: CIP function started from the HMI
• Control: touchscreen HMI with daily, weekly, monthly and lifetime can counters
• Construction: stainless steel

• Can depalletizer | Norland | YELLOW JACKET | for aluminium cans up to 24 oz, pallets 56 x 44 in with tier sheets, approx. 340 kg, footprint approx. 2.7 x 2.7 m with conveyor, height approx. 3.5 m
• Twister rinser | inclined can twister with rinsing
• Atmospheric can filler | LINCAN 35 | 7 inline filling nozzles with level probes, CO2 purge
• Can seamer | LINCAN 35 | seaming unit upgraded, retaining bar added on the lid feed
• Drying unit | air knife on the discharge conveyor

Condition

Fully operational and in very good condition, inspected in production. Maintenance up to date, software updated, seaming and lid feed improved.
