Wild Goose Gosling Line for Cans (2021)

Overview

This compact canning line combines a Wild Goose Quick Change Gosling semi-automatic can filler, a Zomerdijk TWIST can rinser and a Crafted Goose EME automatic labeller (type JE-1100/185-S2) with a Cyklop CM220 thermal inkjet printer. Built in 2021 (filler and labeller), the line runs at up to 600 cans/hour and is compatible with 0.33 L, 0.44 L and 0.5 L can formats (currently tooled for 0.44 L cans). The filler is mounted on a wheeled base frame and includes DO buster and CO₂ regulation equipment as well as low- and high-flow foam control for beers above 4.2 g CO₂/L. The filler's production counter reads approx. 35,000 fill cycles - light craft-scale use. The line is still installed and under power, and can be viewed on request.
