Alfa Laval VNPX 510 SFD-34C Centrifuge (2002)

Overview

This Alfa Laval VNPX 510 SFD-34C is a self-cleaning disc-stack separator built in 2002 by Alfa Laval (Tumba, Sweden). The VNPX series is an established solids-ejecting clarifier platform for the food and beverage industry; this unit was last operated in a brewery.

The separator is currently disassembled: frame, bowl section, drive motor and fittings are stored as individual components, which makes inspection of the main parts straightforward and simplifies transport. The scope of delivery includes the 22 kW ABB drive motor, a stainless steel sludge collection vessel of approx. 150 l and the Siemens SIMATIC C7-633 control system with a separate touch panel and switch cabinet.
