Jakü EGA-CARBO Carbonating Unit (2017)

Overview

This Jakü EGA-CARBO is a water deaeration and carbonation unit built in 2017. It removes dissolved oxygen from the water under vacuum and then carbonates it with CO2, with a capacity range of 120 to 12,000 l/h. The unit was used exclusively for table water production and for deaerated water in filtration, and has run approx. 1,500 operating hours.

The unit is mounted on a stainless steel base frame with two vertical stainless steel vessels, pumps and a stainless steel control panel with push buttons, indicator lamps and digital displays. It processes two components, water and CO2. CO2 dosing is set manually; there is no Brix measurement.
