KHS Innopro KZE 72/T4-72-12/PT45A Flash Pasteurizer (2013)

Overview

This KHS Innopro KZE 72 is a flash pasteurizer (short-time heating system) for beer, cider and other carbonated beverages, built in 2013 by KHS GmbH (Dortmund, Germany). Working with a plate heat exchanger, it gently pasteurizes at a nominal capacity of 72 hl/h and is designed for a product flow between 24 and 72 hl/h with a maximum CO₂ content of 6.5 g/l. The system comes complete with its 50.8 hl buffer tank and the control cabinet with touchscreen HMI.

The unit comes out of a large brewery, is still installed and can be visited on request.
