SIDEL SBO Universal 14 Line for Non-Returnable PET bottles (2007)

Overview

This complete PET bottling line was built by leading European manufacturers including Sidel, Sacmi and Sarcmi. It is designed for still and sparkling water and is also suitable for soft drinks. With a nominal output of 19,000 bottles per hour for 0.5 L and 16,000 bottles per hour for 1.5 L, it covers the full process from preform blow moulding through filling, labelling, shrink wrapping and palletizing. The core of the line is a Sidel SBO Universal 14 blow moulder (2007) feeding a Sarcmi Azzurra 70-14 isobaric filler and a Sacmi Opera 200 RF rollfed labeller.

Condition

Used line, well maintained with extensive annual overhauls by the manufacturers. Currently still installed and under power. The line can be viewed on request.
