Overview
The flash pasteurizer was manufactured in 2000 by the German company APV Ortmann (now KHS) and was intensively modernized in 2011. Until recently, the flash pasteurizer was part of a PET bottling line at a large Austrian beverage bottler and is being freed up as the owner is investing in a completely new line.

- Capacity 220 hl/ h
- Heat holding time: approx. 20s
- 80hl buffer tank, vacuum tight
- 92% heat recovery by plate heat exchanger
- Heating of the product to 92°C
- Automatic control of the water temperature in the hot water circuit
