Overview

This can filling line consists of equipment from Krones, KHS, Ferrum, Kisters, Hein, Strema and additional line components. The line is designed for beverage production in cans with a nominal capacity of approximately 60,000 cans per hour. The main filling and closing section includes a KHS Innofill EMD 108S filler and a Ferrum F812 can seamer, both rated at 60,000 cans/hour. The line also includes modern inspection and handling equipment, including a Krones Checkmat from 2023, several Krones machines from 2018, and a Strema A5000BII from 2021.The line covers the core process from can handling and filling through seaming, inspection, pasteurization, packaging and conveying. Several machines have been modernized or upgraded over time, making the line a combination of proven core filling technology and newer inspection, packaging and auxiliary equipment.

Additional Information

The tray and shrink packing machine was originally manufactured in 1992 and completely overhauled in 2015. The line combines proven core filling technology with several newer Krones handling and inspection components. Offered used, as-is, without guarantee.
