SMI PE Labellers, BEMA Line for Non-Returnable PET Bottles (2022)

Overview

Complete PET bottling line for still mineral water in 6.0 L PET bottles with handle, max. 6,000 bottles/h. The heart of the line is an SMI ECOBLOC ERGON blow moulder-filler-capper combiblock, followed by handle application, rotary labelling and robot palletizing. Built in 2022, started up in 2023 and run only 3 to 4 times a year.

Pressco preform and neck inspection, Heuft fill-level and cap inspection, pallet wrapper, preform and cap feeding from the pallet tipper to the hoppers, high-pressure compressor for the blow moulder, low-pressure compressors, utilities, piping and wiring from the main distribution to the machine panels, civil works.

Condition

As-new condition, low operating hours. Annual preventive maintenance by the OEMs plus regular in-house maintenance. In production until the end of April 2026 and still installed; dry run on request, inspection by appointment. Electrical and mechanical drawings, PLC programs with backups, service and maintenance manuals and spare parts books are included.

Availability

From October 2026; the line must be dismantled by the end of October 2026. Dismantling, packing and truck loading can be arranged on request. Location: France.
